Last night I had a sneezing fit…and of course, my mind went right to the virus. I had to shake myself a bit (metaphorically). I have seasonal allergies, and i”m usually at my worst in May and June. It’s amazing what an antihistamine, some prayer, and a reality check can do. I hope you feel better soon!

I have asthma: it was diagnosed about a year ago, and now that I have the proper medication for it, I hardly have any symptoms at all on most days. I recently realized what a great blessing it is that it was diagnosed well before this covid-19 pandemic. Before the diagnosis and before getting the medication, I was coughing (hard dry cough) all the winter, especially if I tried to exercise. I can’t imagine the anxiety levels I’d have had, if I had been the same way this winter…
