Crazy Norwegians and the Foolishness of the Apostle Paul

Old MacDonald better step aside, because now we have this new mind-blowing animal song.*

This video is all kinds of awesome, but the best part for me is that I’ve discovered I speak Elephant: they toot and so do I!

The video also makes me think of foolishness in a whole new light, which then gives me pause when I consider 2 Corinthians 11:1. Like I said, mind-blowing!

That is the craziest thing I have EVER seen!

It reminded me of something that happened this summer. I went out for a morning walk through the “little road,” a wooded road near my parents’ house that has always been one of my favourite walks. Suddenly I heard a sound I hadn’t heard in years, the sound that the expression “blood-curdling” was made to describe: coyotes screaming deep in the woods. It was a sunny morning, they were far away from me and probably wouldn’t have bothered me if they were close up — but it is the eeriest sound I’ve ever heard. I quickened my pace and headed home as fast as possible. But now I think if I ever hear that again I’ll remember this video and wonder just what exactly those animals are up to …

They’re dancing in the woods, Jeannie, that’s what they’re doing. Party on coyotes!

Jeannie, that happened to me last winter as I was walking home late one evening. I heard a LOT of coyotes and they were LOUD. It was chilling. I bolted for the house lickety-split.

A few days later I found out that my neighbor had been playing a recording of coyotes howling up on his ridge. He was trying to call them in so that he could thin them out. Apparently no real coyotes showed up that night…

    Wow…there are no words…

I noticed today that this video has over 24 million views. Ayiyi!

Showed this to my husband & daughter last night. Afterward my daughter said gravely, “I don’t know if I’m supposed to like it or not.” 🙂 She liked it!!!!
