Sunday Funnies: Jesus Video Games

Years ago I heard a talk by our youth pastor where he said he figured Jesus must have joked around some with the disciples during his three years of ministry. We don’t know how, but I think it’s a safe bet he did. After all, Jesus who is fully God is also fully human, and the Bible has a number of humorous bits in it.

I ran across this video by accident. Are these the way Jesus would have joked around if he were walking the earth today? Probably not exactly, but they sure are funny and they sure do get you thinking about what the real Jesus is like.

The sweetest part is when the woman kisses the little boy with the soccer ball. But what do you think is the funniest?

Hilarious-I loved seeing everyone’s expressions! The water into wine and mouse resurrection were the funniest for me. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, Jesus sure has a bad wig 🙂 I laughed so much at the poor fellows discovering they were carrying a cross alongside Jesus. The whipping centurion behind them was a hilarious touch.

  4. Jeannie says:

That was great! I liked Jesus levitating and throwing kisses at the crowd — like Celine Dion at a concert! 🙂

  5. These are so bad because Jesus is a joke in them. I’m sad. The car starting one is so inappropriate.

I can see how someone might feel that way, Victoria. I’m glad we have freedom in Christ to find humor in different places.

      Blessings,
      Tim
