In honor of your host’s birthday* I offer this from Awkward Family Photos, which included this explanation from the submitter:
“Our loving mother scheduled our youngest sister’s wisdom teeth extraction on her sixteenth birthday. Here she is celebrating afterwards. Cake, anyone?”

♫ Happy Birthday to you! ♫
Many blessings, blog friend. Hope you have a very special day. 😀
(You mentioned your age once at MMD so I won’t ruin your challenge.)
Happy B-day, Tim! Hmm…this can’t be an insulting guess, since I’ve never met you in person. I’ll say judging by your wisdom, you’re 47.
I’m terrible at guessing people’s ages, so I won’t guess! But happy birthday to you!
Well, I read your salvation story where in early January you posted 29 years ago I became a Christian…and trying to do some math I will say 52
Happy 53rd birthday!
Happy Birthday! You look 45.
Happy Birthday to you; happy birthday to you; happy birthday dear Tim, happy birthday to you! (can you tell I’m singing it?) and it doesn’t matter how old you are, you are just the right age! Thank you for your wonderfult blog.
Happy birthday! If rounding to the nearest decade is permitted, I’d guess 50… but maybe 47, because you look about the same age as my dad. Blessings to you!
Happy Birthday, Tim, and God bless! “You’re older than you once were, and younger than you’ll be; that’s not unusual.” If you recognize the source of that paraphrase, then you might be my vintage (48) or a few years younger. (Do we get interwebz if we’re close?)
The Boxer?
That’s it.
The job you have and the interesting things you share makes me think that you would be 48.
Thank you all for your kind birthday wishes. 10,000 interwebz to Michelle for getting the age right, another 10,000 to Adriana for being the first commenter, 10,000 to each of the rest just for being here, and 20,000 for everyone who suggested that I’m in my 40s!
Tim! You share a birthday with my youngest boy, who turned 7. What a great day for great folk to be born.
Then 20,000 interwebz to you and your son, Ellen!
Tim, hope your birthday was full of blessings!
Happy birthday! Did you get to see your kids for the weekend?
Our oldest is home now, working as an intern with the junior high ministry at church and saving his small stipend rather than trying to scratch up rent every month. I grilled some steaks for him and me, while my wife went with her veggie plate. Our daughter is still away at school, but I got a birthday email from her that included a picture of the present she dropped in the mail for me: a UCSD sweatshirt. It will be a nice counterpoint to eh Cal sweatshirt my son got me a couple years ago from his school.
Happy birthday! I’m definitely not naming any numbers 🙂
Ha, thanks Anne! Especially since I revealed my upcoming age on your blog last month!
I am behind! There are so many people I know with January birthdays! I am sorry I didn’t wish you a happy birthday earlier on! I truly hope it was a blessed day!
Thanks Victoria, it was a wonderful day.
