Exercise, Appetite, and My Brain – it’s time for a field trip!

This is the first time I’ve gone off-site since starting my own blog a couple months ago, so it’s kind of like a field trip (but you don’t need to get your parents to sign a permission slip in order to come along). Rachel and her family just moved to Malawi this month where they are taking up station as missionaries and I’ve got to tell you that this is one of the gutsier moves I’ve ever come across, since she and her husband Tim have two small kids and were nicely established here in the States before deciding to pull up stakes. Please pray for them and for the people God is putting in their lives.]
